International Networking Week Concept. (INW) Referral Institute Atlanta, World Trade Center Atlanta and Metro Atlanta business Network are co-hosting this event as part of International Networking Week, 4-8 February 2013. International Networking Day, Atlanta will be 7 February 2013. Our theme is “Discovering Your Global Network.” INW-Atlanta will focus on creating local and international connections that lead to new business. Our purpose is to create an event that raises awareness of global business connectivity that presents opportunities for businesses, regardless of size, with emphasis on promoting sponsors and creating business connections for them. Event activities will include seminars, speakers, and a networking mixer.
Marketing of INW will be conducted through a number of international and local business organizations. All 38 of the bi-national Chambers of Commerce here in Atlanta will be invited to participate through WTC and our individual connections with many of them. Metro area Chambers of Commerce, The Georgia Alliance of Clubs network, and business associations will also be included. Pre-event, event, and post-event activities will highlight sponsors and encourage participant involvement. We will also utilize “real time media” to create, capture and share real time conversations around the world. Media feeds throughout the event will highlight an international environment. The international networks of World Trade Center and Referral Institute will be utilized to fuel the global conversation.

Pre-event Activities:
Awareness and Marketing. Host organizations will conduct a PR campaign that includes press releases, events and appearances to create awareness and promote INW. They will utilize their networks that include over 15,000 direct connections in this campaign of email, direct mail, seminars and appearances. Twitter contacts number over 150,000. Direct referral networks will further spread the word to the target market audience during the 90-day lead-in to the event.

Recorded Seminar. A recorded seminar with be made available to registrants on how to make networking at events profitable.
Web Site. www.globalnetworkatl.com will be the site for notices on pre-event, event and post-event activities. Sponsors will be displayed prominently with a mini-bio in a banner headline as well as logo display and links to an in-depth bio, their web site, and an interview video. INW Atlanta will work to drive traffic to the site to provide maximum exposure for the event and for sponsors.
