International Networking Week Concept. (INW) Referral Institute Atlanta and World Trade Center Atlanta are co-hosting this event as part of International Networking Week, 3-7 February 2014. While International Networking week is a celebration of networking as an integral part of business success in all parts of the world, International Networking Day, Atlanta, 6 February 2014, will provide a more focused observation of the event by providing practical information on how emerging growth businesses can move into international markets. The theme, “Discover Your Global Network,” is supported by panel discussions on “Are You Ready to Be International?” and “Where In The World Is Right For You?” INW-Atlanta will also create local and international connections that identify resources and lead to new business relationships. Our purpose is to create an event that raises awareness of global business connectivity that presents opportunities for businesses, regardless of size, with emphasis on promoting sponsors and creating business connections for them.
Marketing of INW will be conducted through a number of international and local business organizations. All 38 of the bi-national Chambers of Commerce here in Atlanta will be invited to participate through WTC and our individual connections with many of them. Metro area Chambers of Commerce, The Georgia Alliance of Clubs network, and business associations are also be included. Pre-event, event, and post-event activities will highlight sponsors and encourage participant involvement. We will also utilize “real time media” to create, capture and share real time conversations around the world. Media feeds throughout the event will highlight an international environment.
